In 2006, an independent production company working out of Albuquerque, New Mexico called Egg Murders produced “The Faithful and the Foul.” This feature film blew up in New Mexico, filling numerous theaters in the state including The Guild Cinema, Rodey Theatre at UNM and festival houses. “The Faithful and the Foul” was an official selection of the 2006 Santa Fe Film Festival, allowing Egg Murders to distribute the movie on DVD across the country via Netflix, Amazon and video stores from coast to coast. Many cast members from “The Faithful and the Foul” have gone on to work in major motion pictures and television shows.

Aaron Hendren, writer and director of “The Faithful and the Foul,” has brought a new story to Egg Murders. In theaters over the summer of 2009, Egg Murders screened “Flicker.” “Flicker” tells the story of Pretty and her friends, who go camping in the wrong part of the woods where the gang confronts a killer, corrupt police and creepy locals. “Flicker” is in the horror genre, though Hendren's dark sense of humor is evident throughout. As with all Egg Murders productions, the acting and soundtrack in “Flicker” is first rate, leaving audiences with music and a story that stays with them after the lights come up.

Egg Murders is currently preparing the “Flicker” dvd for release over the 2009 holiday season.
