The Faithful and the Foul
The Faithful and the Foul is a movie that takes place in a world made up only of comic books and soap operas. It has the elements of an 80's John Hughes movie - a social reject that pines for the unattainable girl, the wild teen and the family drama. The Faithful and the Foul is the opposite of Sixteen Candles. It ends with all of the fire and none of the cake.
In 2006, Egg Murders produced The Faithful and the Foul, its first feature film. Following screenings in New Mexico, including selection in the 2006 Santa Fe Film Festival, Egg Murders was able to distribute the movie via Amazon, Netflix and independent stores across the country.
The Faithful and the Foul was written and directed by Aaron Hendren and stars Abigail H. Blueher, Chad Brummett, Julibeth Hendren, Dodie Montgomery, Summer Olsson, Babak Tafti, Kevin R. Elder, Katy Houska, Hannah Kauffmann, Byron Laurie and Danielle Mettler. Its original music was recorded and performed by The Bad Memories, Jimmy Deveney, Nichole Monique and Chris Federico.
